Good Moves Start Here

Suzanne Morris is a proud native of The Shoals. She attended Harlan Elementary, Appleby Junior High (who remembers that?), and graduated from Coffee High School. After graduating from the University of Alabama, Suzanne taught school in Jefferson County, Alabama; in Mississippi; and finally in Florence.

Moving back home gave Suzanne an opportunity to teach and attend UNA where she received her Master’s degree. She is married to Dr. Barry Morris, a retired full professor and currently the Director of Planned Giving at UNA. He also serves on the City Council representing the fourth district. Suzanne and Barry have three sons, three daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren.

Suzanne has been “Opening Doors in the Shoals” since January of 2001. She is an Associate Broker/Realtor and has her ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation and is currently working on her CRS designation.
